Blue Shirt Green Tie

Original Mohomie proposed that we have a Moho uniform to wear on select Sundays. I happened to wear mine today and had a camera with me, so I had someone take a shot. It was really bright and sunny outside today, so the colors were a little bled out in this one - thank heavens for brightness/contrast adjustments in photoshop. I also apologize for not shaving. I know, I know, it's horrible and disrespectful. But I was out of town and didn't feel like shaving for a ward full of people I didn't know. And I also realize that my tie is not nearly as similar to the official uniform as I thought. But, quite frankly, I think this tie looks better than the official one. :P

And I also realize that I am standing kind of weird so that it looks like I have girl hips. I hate that.

Cider, thanks for forgiving my facial hair. And welcome to my blog!

I, on the other hand, did not wear the Moho uniform (mostly because it doesn't really come in my size, and I think I would look stupid in it), but I did wear my black suit with the pencil skirt, and a girl I know said I looked beautiful...that's all that counts, right? Looking beautiful? I can be forgiven for not wearing the uniform to church as long as I don't give mohos the "ugly" label?

nice watch...

At least you don't have to decide if you're going to be "Texas" or "Florida" every time you wear dress pants.

Gosh that gets annoying.

Sam,
It is imperative that we do not give the "ugly" label to Mohos. For the guys, I think that this especially means no moustaches, or as I like to call them, molestaches. The Freddy Mercury days are past and Borat doesn't look good in one either!

Marm,
Thank you. I love that new band I put on my watch!

Kengo,
I honestly have no idea what you're talking about. Does it have something to do with my reference to looking like I have girl hips? :D

Okay, let's put it another way...I have to decide if I suffer from Dunlap's Disease that day or not.

Those hips are giant! You are such a woman! hahaha! Seriously, I don't think that it looks like you have girls hips, unless you want us to say that...

Max, honey, it's all about either low-riding or hip-huggers. Do you need a Moho-makeover? ;)

Wow. That came out really gay. Time for remedial basketball.

Moho-makeover!? Excuse me!? Those are Kenneth Cole slacks, a Geoffrey Beene tie, and a fitted Arrow shirt I'll have you know! And what you can't tell from the photo is that they are low riding slacks.

:P

Nice uniform. :-)

Well, I actually kind of HAVE girl hips, not just in pictures. It always bothered me. I'm more proportional now than I used to be, though, and I think I mostly keep my hips a secret. Don't tell anyone.
